I’ve been going to Port Discovery for over ten years, first as a dad, then as a performer. It’s a wonderful place — unfussy, genuinely hands-on, and fun — and the people who work there are dedicated to giving you and your kids wholesome and memorable experiences. By the way, I’ll be there on December 31, for the annual noon-day New Year’s festivities. Countdown is at noon, and I’m doing shows at 1:30 and 2:30 pm. Happy holidays!

Port Discovery is like Disneyland for toddlers. There are ongoing art classes, soccer games, live music, and so much more. I wish Port Discovery would open another location in DC!

I love Port Discovery! I used to take my kids there when they were younger, and now I perform there regularly. The exhibits and activities are genuinely hands-on, and the staff are cheerful and devoted to making the museum the best it can be. Always a good time!
